PROKON Concrete Campaign – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period
   1. This promotion is valid from the campaign launch date and ends on 31 March 2027.
   2. PROKON reserves the right to extend, amend, or withdraw the promotion at its sole discretion.
2. Offer
   1. Eligible customers will receive a 50% discount on the first year of a new PROKON Concrete subscription.
   2. The discount applies only to the first subscription term and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, support services, training, or other products unless expressly stated.
3. Eligibility
   1. This promotion is available to new customers and customers switching from competing structural engineering software solutions.
   2. This promotion is available to existing customers upgrading from various modules to PROKON Concrete.
   3. The promotion is intended to support the adoption of PROKON Concrete and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, rebate, special pricing arrangement, or promotional offer unless approved in writing by PROKON.
4. Subscription Renewal
   1. Upon expiry of the discounted first-year subscription period, the subscription will renew at the then-current standard PROKON pricing applicable at the time of renewal.
5. Migration & Onboarding Benefits
   1. Where included in the campaign, complimentary migration onboarding sessions and/or PROKON Academy access are provided on a goodwill basis and may be subject to scheduling availability and separate terms.
6. Non-Transferability
   1. This promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
7. Territory
   1. The promotion is available only in participating countries and regions as determined by PROKON and its authorised sales channels.
8. Authorised Purchases
   1. Customers may purchase directly from PROKON, through the online store or through an authorised PROKON reseller, distributor, or partner, where applicable.
9. Verification
   1. PROKON reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and may request information reasonably required to confirm qualification for the promotion.
10. General
    1. PROKON reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or recover promotional benefits where fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of the promotion, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
    2. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
    3. All decisions made by PROKON regarding the promotion shall be final.
